Institute of Psychological Medicine and Clinical Neurosciences

The Institute of Psychological Medicine and Clinical Neurosciences was formerly known as the Department of Psychological and Medicine and Neuroscience.

We have a major commitment to research as well as to undergraduate and post graduate education. We are also committed to the provision of specialised clinical services in psychiatry and neurology as well as to training the psychiatrists and neurologists of the future.

The Institute contains the majority of members of the MRC Centre for Neuropsychiatric Genetics & Genomics.

Other members of the Institute belong to the Institute of Primary Care & Public Health and the Institute of Infection, Immunity and Inflammation.
