Promoting Active and Healthy Ageing
In celebration of UN Older Persons Day, a public lecture by the Right Honourable Rhodri Morgan (registration required)
To celebrate the UN Older Persons Day the University is holding two events: a Conference and a Public Lecture.
The overall title for both is: Promoting Active and Healthy Ageing, and we are honoured that the public lecture will be given by a role model of active and healthy ageing: the Right Honourable Rhodri Morgan.
This will be preceded by the reading of a poem specially written to celebrate United Nations Older Persons’ Day by Gillian Clarke, National Poet of Wales.
